Fees

The subscription rates are agreed by the committee. Managers are responsible for collecting these. Managers do have discretion in hardship cases to waive fees and should sign the joining/consent form accordingly. The proper completion of the joining process involves payment of fees or the managers authorised waiver.

The fees currently are:

5 to 8s £2/sessiopn

Under 9s and 10s £65pa

All others £80pa (these can be paid in two instalments)

Should be dealt by the team manager or in extreme cases by the chairman via the committee.

Health & Safety

Parents

As an FA Charter Standard Club, Leckhampton Rovers are committed to the welfare of all participants.

We are part of The FA's RESPECT campaign, and adhere to the Respect codes of conduct. All of our coaches are qualified to at least the FA Level 1 Coaching Award, and all our managers hold current FA CRB certificates. A copy of our Child Protection Policy is available on request.

We ask all participants to sign their relevant code of conduct - for parents, coaches and children - and ask that all parents complete the FA's Respect Parent guide before attending matches.

Insurance
Children should be insured, please ask your manager if you require details.

Child Protection Policy
Leckhampton Rovers AFC is committed to providing a safe envionment for children. We adhere to The FA's Child Protection Briefing.

Club Committee

All team managers are on the Committee plus the club Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, Minutes Secretary and up to 4 others. (See The Constitution).

The committee meets regularly at the Old Pats Rugby Club on Everest Road, members and their parents are welcome to attend.

Communications about committee matters should be addressed to either the Secretary or Chairman.

The Committee is responsible for ensuring proper records are kept concerning, finances, membership, policies and minutes.

Girls Football

Girls under the age of 8 are welcome at the Leckhampton Rovers Academy.

For girls aged from 8 to 16 that wish to play football contact Paul Baker on 01242 572 802 or mobile 07879 846 740.
