LRFC Presentation Day - Saturday July 21st 2012

Please note that, due to the horrendous weather that is forecast, the date of the LRFC presentation day has changed from 16 June to 21st July. 

To enable for catering and planning can you please complete the online form if you are intending to come.

The running order of the day will be:

0900 – Helpers to set up & BBQ/Gazebo to arrive
1100 – Academy Presentation Start
1130 – Fun Games to start
1200 – Academy Presentation
1230 – BBQ Available & Presentation open to rest of club (U9-Men)
1400 – Presentation
1515 – Penalty Shoot Out
1600 – Presentation Finish : Helpers to clean down

To ensure that this is a success there is a rota involving all the teams to work the bar/bbq and assist with the set-up and take down. It will need to be a team effort to be a success.

OPEN-UP & SET-UP
0900 - Andy Pitchford, John Anderson, Scott Mason and Duncan Thomas will be doing this. Please come along and help if you can.

BBQ Rota
(where your team is listed please ensure you have volunteers from your team to cover the time slot and supply the names to Amelia so that they can be added to the rota).

BAR
We need volunteers to work the bar in hour slots from 11am. Please contact Amelia to volunteer your team (and named people)

1100-1200 -
1200-1300 -
1300-1400 -
1400-1500 -
1500-1600 -

CLEAN DOWN & CLOSE
1600 - Seamus, Dave Pitts and Nik will be organising this. Again please help so that it can be done as efficiently and quickly as possible.
