Cheltenham Town FC are once again offering youth teams the opportunity to have a great day out at Cheltenham Town Football Club.
The package runs on a Saturday match day, from 11:30 until 4:45 and it offers not just a ticket to watch the mighty Robins play at the Abbey Business Stadium, but a whole lot more! Brand new fixtures for the season including Exeter City, Rochdale, and Fleetwood will bring a welcomed change down to Whaddon Road, and hopefully we can show some form similar to last season, with a great home record once again!
Your whole day will be organised and run by our head CTFC community coach, who will run the coaching sessions with you and all of your team's players prior to kick off!
The package includes:
Ground Tour - Just before the game you will be taken on a tour of the Abbey Business Stadium, going pitch side and even in the changing rooms to see what a professional footballers changing room looks like just moments before the players arrive.
Match Day Ticket - Both adults and children receive a match day ticket to which ever fixture you choose to attend.
Advanced Coaching Session (1 hour, 15 mins) – Cheltenham Town FC, FA Qualified coaches will dedicate a whole hour to coaching all of your players, with drills, games, matches and even top tips to improving your technical skills. There is even an opportunity of being selected to attend our Development centre for gifted and talented footballers and goalkeepers!
Programme Write Up – A whole personalised write up dedicated purely to you and your teams visit in the match day programme, including a team photo!
Cross Bar Challenge – At least two players from your team get to have a go at the cross bar challenge on the pitch at half time, in front of a huge crowd! We will have a practice at the cross bar challenge before your coaching session, to see who makes the grade, and gets to do it for real!
Club Shop Visit – Take a look around; grab a shirt, scarf, or some CTFC chocolate!
The remarkable cost for this is only £9 per child and £15 per adult. (To Include food and a drink the cost is an extra £2.50 per person, and premium fixtures are £1.00 more expensive)
This is a great opportunity for the players to have a specialised coaching session and a chance for your coaches to learn some new games and drills to take back to the weekly training sessions. As well as experiencing a ground tour, getting the opportunity to watch an official League Two football match and for your youth team to feature in the match day programme, and be famous for a day!
This is a great day out and a great way to celebrate team success, develop some team cohesion and bonding or even just to get out and have some fun. We take preliminary bookings, and advanced bookings, so why not reserve a place now and be sure not too miss out.
