The date for the Cheltenham triathlon at the Sandford Parks Lido has just been confirmed as 8th September.
This is a great event where you race over a 500m swim a 10mile bike ride and 2 mile run. It's a really sociable event with competitors of all abilities having a go.
Last year LRFC entered a mixed team and it would be great to get more involvement this year.

Teams are of 6 and can be mixed. You get an individual time and a team time.
If you are interested please contact me (mbosano@gmail.com). The Cheetahs u12's are going to enter a team and have four entrants already.
From coaches, managers, parents and the club board it would be great to complete their team and also enter another.
What better motivation to get fit!?
