You don't need energy drinks!!

Just a reminder about the high levels of sugar in energy drinks. The labels say not suitable for under 16's and there is a move to change the law so that they cannot be sold to u16's. 

To burn off one donut is around 30minutes of aerobic exercise. A bottle of lucozade would take around 1hr 40 mins to burn off and a football match is only 60-80 minutes at youth level.
