I am at tonights Men's League meeting and will collect the keys from John Hunt and endeavour to get more keys cut in the next few days so that they will be available for collection on Saturday morning at the Academy.

Kind regards,

Hi Dave

Please be advised that new locks have been fitted to all our pavilion doors this week.  This means that from today, (19th August) your old keys will not work.

We have given John Hunt a supply of the new keys for him to distribute at your meeting this evening.  Your club will receive two keys. Please feel free to have more cut if you need to, but in the interest of security, please be mindful of who you give them to.

Dee Pates will be giving out keys to all the clubs in the youth league so you should will get a couple more keys from her on the 27th August.  However, I know that one of your youth teams has a match this Sunday morning and I need to make sure that they can get in to the change rooms.  If you aren't attending the meeting tonight, or you need me to get in touch with the manager of that team, please give me a call on the number below.
We did have a few reported instances of thefts from unattended change rooms last year, to reduce the risk of this happening,  please would you remind all players not to take any valuables with them to games and please ensure that the changing rooms are locked at all times when unattended.
Should you need to contact our duty officer on match day please use this mobile number 07833 146187.

We hope that you have an enjoyable season and the weather is kind!

Regards

Barbara Lindsay
