The Gloucestershire Echo and Citizen are
looking to run an eight page supplement on Wednesdays (the same supplement in
both newspapers) dedicated to youth sport.
They are looking for as many
teams as possible to submit match reports so if you write them please submit them to jon.palmer@northcliffemedia.
They are also planning to send a
photographer to a game each weekend, and also occasionally to do match
previews.
Be creative and you may see your reports in the paper!
As a template starter "...THE MANAGER strode into the stadium looking like a young Brad Pitt, his hair wafting in the wind as his team warmed up like well drilled spartans on the touchline. Just before kick off the team hung on THE MANAGERS every word as instructions were imparted with a wise wisdom..." Or maybe not ;)
