This weekend is the Cheltenham Triathlon at the Sandford Parks Lido - it's a great event that this year has more than 700 competitors.
We have a team entered from LRFC (and friends) with our start time a shockingly early 7:30 on Sunday morning.
So if you're up why not come down and support the team. There's tea, coffee and breakfast available at the cafe and a great atmosphere as people of all abilities complete what is a great fun event!
The team is, from the LRFC Cougars; Adrian, Britta and Marcus. There's Mark from the Cheetah's U12's and then ringers, i mean friends, Nigel and Mark.
